Virtudent Grows Leadership Team With New Vice President Of Finance

Eric Goode Brings 15 Years of Finance Experience Working for VMware, Mathworks and the Office of the Massachusetts Inspector General to Virtudent.

(, the leading provider of teledentistry services for employers, today announced the appointment of Eric Goode as the company’s Vice President of Finance. He joins Virtudent from Boston-based VMware where he served as Director of Finance & Controller.

Goode has over 15 years of experience in finance and accounting. Before VMware, he served as a Staff Accountant for Mathworks for over nine years with responsibility for helping to manage nearly $750 million in financial assets. Goode began his career as an assistant to the Office of the Massachusetts Inspector General. He graduated from Bentley University with a Master’s in Global Business Markets & Management and from Syracuse University with a Bachelor’s in Finance & Accounting.

Virtudent’s experienced, degreed dental hygienists are all licensed in the state they work and receive rigorous training in Virtudent’s proprietary solution and patient care techniques. State certified dentists review all Virtudent patient cases, assessments and X-rays and advisors from top dental schools, including University of Pennsylvania Dental School, Columbia Dental School, Boston University Dental School and Tufts Dental School provide clinical oversight to the program.
