Follow-up Care. The Virtudent experience doesn’t end with each visit. A highly-qualified dentist reviews every patient file, and within 2-5 business days, the patient will receive a secure email with the findings. Then we work with each patient on their follow-up care. Insurance Billing Process. We know insurance can be stressful. That’s why our Patient Success Team checks patients’ insurance for eligibility before each appointment. If the patient owes a co-pay or balance at their visit, we’ll let them know. They can pay by credit card or even Venmo. After each visit, we bill insurance and handle the payment. Learn more »
Book online. Each patient chooses a time that is convenient for them and completes their appropriate medical forms. The Virtudent team will send each patient a secure email with their video credentials. Learn more »
Connect with the Virtudent Care Coordination Team. At the patient’s reserved appointment time, they can use their computer, laptop or smartphone to connect with a clinician using their meeting link. The Virtudent team member will check each patient in, review their medical history, answer questions, and connect them with a licensed dentist in their state. Patients will speak with a dentist who will assess their situation and provide recommendations and advice. Learn more »
Follow-up care as needed. The Virtudent dentist will provide any necessary prescriptions and referrals. If needed, the team will help find a local provider for further evaluation and care. Learn more »
